ACT NO.66 20 BILL NO. 25-0110 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To provide an appropriation from the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2003 to September 30, 2004. —(--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the sum of $6,000,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from funds available in the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund, established under 26 U.S.C. section 7653 (c) (public law 98-67), for fiscal year October 1, 2003, to September 30, 2004, and shall remain available until expended for projects and purposes expressly named as follows: FISCAL YR 2004 ORG 3100 FINANCE C/CNTR C639G9 CONTRIBUTION TO GEN FUND 34490 INTERFUND TRANSFERS (OUT) 6,000,000 95000 OTHER SERVICES & CHARGES TOTALORG 3100 6,000,000 TOTAL FUND 263100 , 6,000,000 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 24, 2003.
