Johansen, who having been duly sworn according to law, de- poses and says rthat he is the owner, editor and manager of the St. Croix Avis and that che following is, to the best of e his knowledge and belief, a true state- ment of the ownership, management, etc., of the aforesaid publication for the date shown in the above caption, re- quired by the Act of August 24, 1912, embodied in section 443, Postal LLaws and Regulations. 1. That the name and address of the publisher, ediior.and husiness manager is %‘r. Johansen, Chrisiiansted, St. Croix, V. 2. That the owner is G. Johansen. 3. That the known bondholders, mort- gagees, and other security holders own- ing or holdinz 1 par cent or more of to- tal amount of bonds, mortgages, or oth- er securities is: None. 4. That the two paragraphs next above, giving the names of the owners, stock-holder , nd security holders if any, contain not only the list of stock- holders and security holders as they ap- pear upon the books of the company but also, in ecases where the s ock- holder or security holder appears upon: the hoeoks of the company as trustee or in any other fiduciary rela- tion, the name of the person or ¢ rpora- tion for whom such trustee is acting, is given; also that the said two paragvephs contain statements embracing affiant’s full knowledge and belief as to the cir- cumstances and conditions under which stockholders and security holders who do not appear upon the books of the com- pany as trustees, hold stock and securi- ties in a capacity other than that of a bona fide owner: and this affiant has no reason to believe that any other person, association, or corporation has any inter- est direet or indirect in the said stock, bonds, or other securities than as so sta- ted by him. ’ 5.
