ACT NO, 7937 BILL NO. 31-0376 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act appropriating $32,647 to the Department of Human Services for the mechanic and farming programs at the St. Croix Youth Rehabilitation Center o--0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the use limitations in 33 V.LC. §3093 (c), the sum of $32,647 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, from the Education Initiative Fund, to the Department of Human Services, solely for the mechanic and farming programis at the St. Croix Youth Rehabilitation Center. The appropriated funds must be disbursed as follows: (1) farming project $19,720 (2) mechanics classes $12,927 SECTION 2. The funds appropriated in section | remain available until expended.
