ACTNO, 125 BILL NO. 28-0138 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act approving the projects to be funded with the 2009 Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD”) and to approve the projects for Community Development Block Grant - Recovery ("CDBG-R") program received from HUD ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 5, section 67, the Legislature approves for funding in the amount of $1,758,348.00 from the 2009 Community Development Block Grant award for those projects enumerated in this section. (a) St. John public Service Projects The following Public Service Project authorized for funding is : Disabled Training After-school Program, St. John $10,000 Funds are being sub-granted to the Virgin Islands Resources Center for the Disabled, Inc., for the operation of a program, located at the Julius Sprauve Elementary School, St. …
