ACTNO, 7312 BILL NO. 29-0187 Twenty-Ninth Legislature Of The Virgin Islands Regular Session 2011 An Act appropriating the sum of $31,618,752 for salaries and expenses of the University of the Virgin Islands for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2012, and for other purposes ---0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum $26,412,808 or as much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated from any available funds in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, to be transferred to the University of the Virgin Islands Fund for expenditure by the University of the Virgin Islands during the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2012, in accordance with the provisions of title 17, chapters 33 and 35, Virgin Islands Code for the following purposes: (a) For salaries, including pay for regular and temporary employees; salary increases; employer's FICA and retirement contributions; overtime compensation of hourly rated employees; books, magazines, teaching materials and audio-visual supplies; equipment and supplies for offices, classrooms, laboratories, library, student …
