ACTNQ. 8725 BILL NO. 35-0088 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix to rezone Plot No. 34-A Estate Two Brothers and Smithfield, West End Quarter, St. Croix from R-3 (Residential- Medium Density) to 8-3 (Business-Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ- 10 for the island of St. Croix, Virgin Islands. is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 34-A Estate Two Brothers and Smithfield, West End Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.2296 U.S. acre, as described on Drawing No. 4912, from R-3 (Residential- Medium Density) to 8-3 (Business-Scattered).
