ACT NO.64° 7 BILL NO. 24-0051 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ 12 for Plot No. 109, Estate Peter’s Rest, St. Croix from R-2 to B-3 -—-0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: - SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ 12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 109, Estate Peter’s Rest, Queen’s Quarter consisting of 0.241 U.S. acres as more fully described on Public Works Drawing No. 1522 dated February 26, 1964 from R-2 (Residential-Low Density) to B-3 (Business- Scattered).
