This delay in resumption of services will allow Head Start participants territory wide, to access free COVID testing being provided by the Virgin Islands Department of Health (VIDOH). The Virgin Islands Department of Health has scheduled COVID testing for Head Start participants on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 from 9 AM to 4 PM and have issued a Press Release providing the community with details related to this testing. If results are not received, inquiries may be emailed to results@doh.vi.gov VIDHS Commissioner Kimberley Causey-Gomez stated,” We apologize for any inconvenience that this delay in resumption of services may cause. Our number one priority continues to be the safety of our staff and students.” The Department of Human Services (VIDHS) exists to provide social services to members in our community with diverse needs.
