FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE GOVERNOR MAPP NAMES DEVIN CARRINGTON TO THE WAPA BOARD (August 24, 2015, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands) Today, Governor Kenneth E. Mapp forwarded an appointment letter to Senate President Neville James. Governor Mapp has appointed Commissioner Designee Devin Carrington, Esq. to the Governing Board of Directors for the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority. Commissioner Carrington shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor and his term shall be as long as he remains in his respective position.
