ACTING, 7341 BILL NO. 29-020 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act providing for the transfer of government-owned real property located next to or near Magens Bay to the Magens Bay Authority for preservation, upkeep and use ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to 31 V.LC. §205(c), the Legislature approves the transfer from the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Magens Bay Authority. Subject to any restrictive covenants, easements, servitudes or conditions of record, the Governor shall transfer to the Magens Bay Authority the following Parcels in Estate Peterborg, No. 12 Great Northside Quarter.
