ACTNO, 6981 BILL NO. 27-0128 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act amending 32 V.I.C., §211 relating to automobile racing ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 32, Virgin Islands Code, chapter 12, section 211 is amended by adding subsection (f) to read: “(f) The St. Croix Automobile Racing Commission and the St. Thomas-St. John Automobile Racing Commission shall prepare quarterly and annual Profit & Loss Statements on automobile races pursuant to this chapter. The quarterly and annual statements must include a profit and loss statement for each automobile race held in the district of St. Croix and each automobile race held in the district of St. Thomas-St. John under the Commissions’ authority and must be made available to the appropriate Committee of jurisdiction within the Legislature of the Virgin Islands and to the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 6, 2007. …
