COMMITTEE ON BUDGET, APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE BILL NO. 35-0168 Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Islands September 19, 2023 An Act providing an appropriation of $300,000 from the St. Thomas Capital Improvement Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, to the University of the Virgin Islands for the construction of two sheds at John Brewers Beach, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands PROPOSED BY: Senators Novelle E. Francis, Jr., and Donna A. Frett-Gregory Dwayne M. DeGraff, Ray Fonseca and Marvin A. Blyden, by Request of the Governor Be it resolved by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1.
