ACTIN, 779" BILL NO. 31-0242 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act amending Official Zoning Map SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix, rezoning Plot No. 60 Estate Prosperity, West End Quarter, St. Croix from A-1 Agricultural to R-! (Residential-Low Density) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 60 Estate Prosperity, West End Quarter, St. Croix , Virgin Islands, consisting of 3.7209 U.S as described on Drawing No. 2737, dated February 5, 1970 and revised June 17, 1993, from A-I Agricultural to R-1 (Residential- Low Density) . Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 23, 2015. Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this 24 as of September, A.D., 2015.
