ACT NO, 7400 BILL NO. 29-0379 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act granting Plot No. 37-A Estate Castle Coakley, Queen Quarter, St. Croix a use variance from the R-2 zoning designation 0s Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, subchapter 1, section 238a of the Virgin Islands Code, a variance is granted from the uses allowed in the R-2 (Residential low density) zoning designation for Plot No. 37-A Estate Castle Coakley, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of 0.25 U.S. acres as shown on P.W.D. Drawing No. 4180-A, to allow for the construction of a religious bookstore and radio broadcasting studio. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 21, 2012.
