AT NO. 7943 - BILL NO. 31-0457 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending Official Zoning Map SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix, rezoning Plot No. 253 Estate Glynn, Kings Quarter, St. Croix from A-2 (Agricultural District) to C (Commercial) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 253 Estate Glynn, Kings Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 2.1442 U.S. acres, as more fully described on PWD Drawing No. 4167, dated February 20, 1983, and revised January 10, 1992, from A-2 (Agricultural District) to C (Commercial).
