ACT NO. 8193 BILL NO. 33-0 133 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2019 An Act authorizing the reprogramming $5,061,540.00 from available remaining unused funds of Gross Receipts Taxes Bonds, Matching Fund Revenue Bonds, the Community Facilities Trust Account and/or funds available in the General Fund previously appropriated for certain Department of Education projects to finance current essential rehabilitation and maintenance projects of the Department of Education ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $59,648.08 from the capital projects previously authorized under the respective acts and in the remaining amounts described in this subsection is reprogrammed to fund major maintenance of various Department of Education schools on the island of St. Croix: SECTION 2.
