ACT NO. 6773 BILL NO. 26-0107 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To provide an appropriation for operating expenses of the Department of Public Works and the Waste Management Authority from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006 --0-- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3057, subsection (a), the following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund for the operating expenses including maintenance, supplies. machinery and equipment and other purposes to the Department of Public Works and the Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006. The sum remains available until expended. …
