ACT NO. 7473 BILL NO. 30-0050 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for Parcel No. 62-3A Estate Thomas, No. 6A New Quarter, St. Thomas from R-5 (Residential-High Density) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to 29 V.I.C. §238, Official Zoning Map STZ-7 for the Island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 62-3A Estate Thomas, No. 6A New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 1.35 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on OLG Drawing No. D9-8643-T012 from R-5 (Residential-High Density) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood).
