EXTENSION OF THE SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY 3 INCOME BENEFITS PROGRAM TO GUAM AND 4 THE UNITED STATES VIRGIN ISLANDS. 5 (a) IN GENERAL.—Section 1101(a)(1) of the Social 6 Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1301(a)(1)) is amended by strik- 7 ing ‘‘, the Virgin Islands, and Guam’’ each place such 8 term appears. …
