Jones, Norma Pickard-Samuel and Celestino A. White, Sr. 1 BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 2 SECTION 1. The Governor is authorized to lease the Ingeborg Nesbitt Clinic and the Frederiksted Health Center, located at Plots No. 24 and 25, 516 Strand Street, 5 Frederiksted, St. Croix and the adjacent off-street parking lot and associated structures to the 6 Frederiksted Health Care Center, Inc. for the rental fee of $1.00 per annum; provided, that 7 the lease shall be renewable if the use of the leased premises is consistent with its use as a 8 health center. 9 10 BRO01-1493/December 11, 2001/CEK . bb tie On). Canton Bill No. 24-0206 is amended by striking the entire language after the enabling clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following; SECTION 1. The Governor is authorized to lease the following properties located in Frederiksted, St. Croix, to Frederiksted Health Care, Inc., for the rental fee of $1.00 per annum: (a) the Frederiksted Health Center located at Plots No. 22 and 23 Strand Street and Queen Cross Street; (b) Associated Medical Parking Lot located at Plot No. 5 1B, Queen Cross Street; (c) the Ingeborg Nesbitt Clinic, a two story building/structure, located at Plots 24, 25 and 26A, Strand Street; and (d) the Off Street Parking Lot, which includes a one story stone building, located at Plots 46, 47, 48 and 49 Strand Street The lease shall be renewable if the use of the leased premises is consistent with its use as a health center.” Amendment No. 24-497/December 12, 2001/PFA » No. Short Title: ©.
