ACTNO, 780% BILL NO. 31-0105 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act amending title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 14, section 231 requiring the Director of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles to transmit to the Director of the Virgin Islands Taxicab Commission all information pertaining to the cancellation of any insurance policy a taxicab operator is required to maintain ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 14, section 231 is amended by redesignating subsections (b) and (c) as subsections (c) and (d), respectively and by adding a new subsection (b) to read as follows: “(b) The Director of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles shall submit to the Director of the Virgin Islands Taxicab Commission all information that the Bureau obtains pertaining to the cancellation of any insurance coverage that a taxicab operator is required to maintain.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 15, 2015. …
