ACT NO. 81638 BILL NO. 32-0345 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act amending title 27 Virgin Islands Code chapter, 1 sections 5 and 34 relating to physician licensure and applicant qualifications Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 27 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, section 5, subsection (d) is amended by adding at the end of the subsection a sentence that reads: “If the program is less than 36 months, the applicant must be certified by the American Board of Medical Specialists, the American Osteopathic Association, or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.” SECTION 2. …
