ACT NO.66095 BILL NO. 25-0078 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS , OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session , 2003 To rezone Parcel No. 52-3, 52-3A and. 52 Remainder Estate Frydendahl, No. 4 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, from R-2 (Residential — Low Density, One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business — Scattered) --.0)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-9 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designations of Parcel No. 52-3 and 52-3A Estate Frydendahl, No. 4 East End Quarter, consisting of approximately 0.254 U.S. acres, as shown on PWD No. G9-1156-T68 and 52 Remainder Estate Frydendahl, No. 4 East End Quarter, consisting of approximately 0.7473 U.S. acres, as shown on PWD No. D9-1262-T76, from R-2 (Residential — Low Density, One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business — Scattered). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 3, 2003. …
