ACTNO. 8722 BILL NO. 35-0054 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act amending title 1 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 7, section 103b, relating to the Centennial Treasures Award, to provide for a single, lumpsum award payment; making various appropriations, and suspending the provisions of title 32 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 11, subchapter II ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Title 1 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 7, section 103b, subsection (c) is amended by striking all the language after “grant of” and inserting “$5,000” in its place. (b) Subsection (e) is amended by inserting “private senior care facility” after “home”. SECTION 2. Act No. 8617 is amended in section 1, 0100 GENERAL FUND, subsection L. by inserting “The funds remain available until expended” after “OVA VETERANS MEDICAL AND BURIAL EXPENSES $450,000”. SECTION 3. …
