2 as ACT NO. 6945 BILL NO. 27-0086 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act providing for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Labor Management Committee for fiscal year October 1, 2007, to September 30, 2008 --0-- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2008, from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established pursuant to 33 V. I. C., section 3066, the sum of $775,000 to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses. 2 ESET RST AOE ET AO SRA RN REE TLDS BLES EAE FLEE SM IIE ME LUE TE: TT SECTION 2. There is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2008 from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established pursuant to 33 V. I. C., section 3066, the sum of $165,000 to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses. SECTION 3. The sums appropriated in sections 1 and 2 remain available until expended. …
