Hearing – September 19, 2025 Dear Commissioner, Encarnación, In my capacity as Chair of the Committee on Culture, Youth, Aging, Sports, and Parks (C.Y.A.S.P.), I am pleased to invite you to testify at an upcoming legislative hearing scheduled for Friday, September 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM, in the Earle B.
