ACT NO, 771° BILL NO. 30-0542 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act ratifying Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-30-13W issued to The Buccaneer, Inc. -—-0--- WHEREAS, the St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-30-13W to The Buccaneer, Inc. on October 10, 2014, and the Governor approved the Permit on October31, 2014; and WHEREAS, Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-30-13W allows for the continued use of the existing 759.34 ft. sq. “T” shaped dock, including 1,020 sq. ft of water area surrounding the dock located seaward of Parcel No. 7, Estate Shoy, St. Croix; and WHEREAS, title 12 Virgin Islands Code, section 911, subsection (e), provides that the Governor’s approval must be ratified by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, the Legislature has determined that the grant of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-30-13W will serve the public interest; Now, Therefore, Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. …
