VIRGIN ISLANDS Virtual Public Hearing via Microsoft Teams Monday, December 16, 2024 10 am Application CCZP0158-24: Najocki Boyd requesting a rezoning from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) for Parcel No. 19-1-2-4 Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2, & 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas. The purpose of the request is to allow a mixed-use development. Virtual public hearing log-in information will be provided upon registering, by sending an email to leia.laplace@dpnr.vi.gov with the subject line “CCZP0158-24 virtual hearing registration.” In person attendance available by request to leia.laplace@dpnr.vi.gov no later than Friday, December 13th.
