ACT NO. 6902 BILL NO. 26-0341 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An act amending 2 V. I. C. to add chapter 10a establishing the Office of the Code Revisor; amending 1 V.I.C., sections 21, 22 and 24; repealing 1 V.I.C. sections 12, 13, 61 and chapter 17, subchapter 1, transferring the employees of the Law Revision Commission to the Office of the Code Revisor and for other related purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 2 Virgin Islands Code is amended by adding chapter 10a to read as follows: “CHAPTER 10a OFFICE OF THE CODE REVISOR §301 (a) There is established within the Legislature of the Virgin Islands the Office of the Code Revisor whose head is the Code Revisor who is appointed in the same manner as other legislative employees.
