Special precau- tions are being taken to protect the Cab- inet Minister in conseguence of the dis covery of a plot to murder them accord- ing to the ‘‘Daily Sketch.”” The paper says the police are seeking thrze men sent to Loadon by certain organizations ahroad for the purpose of assassinating the ministers. One is described as a French medical student a member ofa Paris seeret society. Another an Irish- man from the western United States and the third a Spaniard of Irish extraction. New York, June 30th. —The raw sugar market was firm and unchanged early today at four cents for centrifugal.
