ACTNO. 7999 BILL NO. 32-0117 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act ratifying Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-33-16W issued to True Crew VI, LLC to install a private mooring and operate a “food boat” at Christmas cove area of Jersey Bay, St. Thomas ---0--- WHEREAS, True Crew VI, LLC applied for a Minor Coastal Zone Permit to install a private mooring and operate a “food boat” at Christmas Cove area of Jersey Bay, St. Thomas on June 10, 2016; and WHEREAS, on November 9, 2016, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning & Natural Resources, Dawn L. Henry approved Minor Coastal Zone Permit CZT-33-16W which authorizes True Crew VI, LLC to install a private mooring and operate a 37-foot “food boat” known as Pizza Pi at Christmas Cove, area of Jersey Bay St. Thomas; and WHEREAS, the Honorable Kenneth E.
