ACTNO. 6875 BILL NO. 26-0284 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act providing for the lump-sum appropriation from the Indirect Cost Fund for salaries, operating expenses and for other purposes, for the Office of Management and Budget, the Division of Personnel, the Department of Property and Procurement and the Department of Finance for the fiscal year October 1, 2006, through September 30, 2007 ---0-—- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, from the Indirect Cost Fund to the Office of Management and Budget, the Division of Personnel, the Department of Property and Procurement and the Department of Finance for operating expenses, including wages and salaries, and other purposes.
