August 22, 2019 AMENDMENT #2 – RFP-032-T-2019 (P) Government Private Cloud Expansion Project Questions and Answers ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. BIDDERS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS AMENDMENT WITH THEIR BID PROPOSAL. Questions and Answers: 1. RFP section-Contents of the Proposal • Project Reference – Please provide as much of the Required Documents in Contents J as possible for the Evaluation Committee to rate. 2. RFP section – Project Objective – Yes, the hardware and software require 4 year of manufacturer warranty. 3. RFP section – Goal and Functionality • Item 1 • i. and ii: The Disaster Recovery Solution will be utilizing BIT’s existing Azure Infrastructure for off-premise backup. We currently use Azure Site Vault solution for replication of servers and file backups. Additionally, there should be a solution for doing local backups as well (offline), in order to protect against cybersecurity threats such as Ransomware and other malware. The production environment is based upon the critical servers that we presently have existing on the current solutions. …

Since we are moving to a proposed solution that number may increase or decrease based on any agencies need to move from a cloud solution to on- premise. • iii: Server Requirements: Yes, we’re requesting 30% of the production environment for the sizing of the DRS farm • Item 2: St. Thomas Server FARM: St. Thomas would be a mirror of St. Croix and BIT propose the same percentage for both islands. 4. RFP Section 3.2 Components 2 • Item 8: Active monitoring should involve providing alerts and metrics on CPU, Memory, network utilization, disk health and storage capacity on the entire solution. The individual VMs will be managed by BIT and the respective agencies that we are hosting applications for. (i.e updates, upgrades and patching of servers will be under our purview.) • Item 9: Fixes and patches are for the actual hardware.
