ACTNO.9 112 BILL NO. 36-0294 THIRTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2026 An act appropriating $400,000 from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Election System of the Virgin Islands | Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) The sum of $400,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Election System of the Virgin Islands for the 2026 election operations. (b) The funds appropriated in subsection (a) remain available until expended.
