ACTNO. 8570 BILL NO. 34-0217 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-10 for the island of St. Thomas to change the zoning designation of Parcels No. 13 and 14-A Estate Frydenhoj, No. 3 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-10 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the designation of Parcels No. 13 and 14-A Estate Frydenhoj, No. 3 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 2.5 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. D9-9192-T017 from R-2 (Residential- Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered), but is restricted from the operation of night clubs, bars, taverns and restaurants.
