Bolques, Jr. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Title 9 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 15, subchapter II, section 233 is 2 amended by striking “$50” and inserting “$250”. 3 BILL SUMMARY 4 This bill amends title 9 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 15, subchapter II, section 233 by 5 increasing the fine, from $50 to $250, for violating any law regulating pawnbrokers. 6 BR25-0021/February 3, 2025/GC 7
