ACT NO, 6973 BILL NO. 27-0111 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act amending titles 3, 21, 29, and 33, V. I. C., transferring the housing functions of the Department of Housing, Parks, and Recreation to the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority, making appropriations, repealing 29 V.I.C., chapter 1, subchapter X, and for other purposes ---0-— Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The responsibilities and duties of the Department of Housin Parks, and Recreation relating to housing under title 3 Virgin Islands Code, Chapter 18, are transferred in total to the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority established under title 21 V.I.C., Chapter 2, Section 103. SECTION 2. This Act does not affect the responsibilities and duties of the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation relating to parks, sports or recreation. SECTION 3. …
