Joseph Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 9, section 502 is amended by striking 2 “, whether on public or private property,” and inserting “on public property”.” 3 BILL SUMMARY 4 This bill amends title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 9, section 502 to clarify that the 5 provision applies exclusively to public property. 6 BR25-0196/March 10, 2025/KEH 7
