ACT NO, 782] BILL NO. 31-0290 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act ratifying the Governor's approval of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-09-14FL and Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources and Challenger’s Transport Services, Inc. o--Q--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources issued Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-09-14FL to Challenger’s Transport Services, Inc. on August 10, 2015, which the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved on October 26, 2015; and WHEREAS, the Permit allows Challenger’s Transportation Services, Inc. the continued use and occupancy of Parce!
