ACT NO, 6972 BILL NO. 27-0072 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act renaming the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Park, amending 1 V.LC., chapter 7 to designate Franklin Delano Roosevelt Virgin Islands Veterans’ Memorial Park as one of the official parks of the fallen veterans, providing for the erection of a sign in the Park and mandating a park dedication ceremony --0-- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The Franklin Delano Roosevelt Park located in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands is renamed “The Franklin Delano Roosevelt Virgin Islands Veterans’ Memorial Park”. SECTION 2. Title | Virgin Islands Code, chapter 7, is amended by adding a section 110 to read: “8110 The Franklin Delano Roosevelt Virgin Islands Veterans’ Memorial Park located in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands is designated as one of the official parks of fallen veterans.” SECTION 3. …
