ACTNO. 8726 BILL NO. 35-0092 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-l 1 for the island of St. Croix to rezone Plot No. 140-H Estate St. George. Prince Quarter, St. Croix. Virgin Islands, from R-2 (Residential Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ- 11 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 140-H Estate St. George, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.334 U.S. acres, as more filly shown on OLG Drawing No. D9- 6672-C020, dated March 30, 2020, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
