Fawkes reminds candidates and political committees pursuant to Title 18, Virgin Islands Code, Section 905 that the December 30th Campaign Disclosure Report is now due. Supervisor Fawkes states that, “The December 30, 2016 Disclosure Report must be submitted to the Office of the Supervisor of Elections no later than January 16, 2018.” Important Note: If you have closed your account please submit your bank statement reflecting that fact and if you have under $500 left in your account during this reporting period, you do not need to submit a report. ATTENTION (St. Croix Candidates, Senators or Governor): The St. Croix District Office remains closed until further notice, therefore two office locations have been designated where you can drop off your packages. The contact personnel and agency locations and times are indicated: Time Periods: 9am to 12noon and 2pm to 5pm Time Period on the Last Day, Tuesday, January 16, 2018: 9am to 5pm St. Croix District Personnel Mrs. Blanca Maldonado, Election Assistant Location: Department of Public Works 6500 Estate Anna's Hope Mr. Terrell Alexandre, Administrative Assistant Location: Department of Finance 4008 Est. Diamond, Lot 7 (behind of K-Mart East) St. Thomas-St. John Candidates, Senators or Governor can drop-off their reports to the St. Thomas office. •ST. THOMAS-ST. JOHN DISTRICT OFFICE: 9200 Lockhart Gardens (above Banco Popular) Supervisor Fawkes also states that, “failure to submit the campaign disclosure report by the deadline will result in candidates and political committees incurring fees.
