ACT NO. 6680 BILL NQ, 25-0203 TWENTY-FLETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To amend title 32 Virgin Islands Code, section 54, to provide for a per-diem allowance for members of the Board of Directors of the Magens Bay Authority and to amend tle 18 Virgin Islands Code section 41{g) relating lo stipend for Board of Elections members ---{}--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION tl. Title 32 Virgin Islands Code, section 54, is amended by striking the phrase, “such reasonable expenses as may be incurred” and by inserting “a $75 per day per-diem allowance for cach day or a part thereof spent™ after [he word “reccive”. SECTION 2. Title 18, section 41, subsection (g), Virgin Islands Code, 1s amended by striking ‘$50°, ‘$60", and “$65” where they appear and inserting respectively in Heu thereof ‘$75’, °$75", and “$857.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on July 13, 2004. …
