ACT NO, 7043 BILL NO. 30-0217 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act providing lump-sum appropriation from the Indirect Cost Fund for salaries, operating expenses and for other purposes of the Office of Management and Budget, the Division of Personnel, the Department of Property and Procurement and the Department of Finance for the fiscal year October 1, 2013, through September 30, 2014 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much of the sums, as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Indirect Cost Fund for operating expenses, including wages and salaries, and other purposes of the Office of Management and Budget, the Division of Personnel, the Department of Property and Procurement and the Department of Finance for fiscal year October 1, 2013, to September 30, 2014. …
