ACT NO.6565 BILL NO. 24-0300 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for Plot No. 43, Estate Contentment, Company Quarter, St. Croix, from R-1to B-3 ---0-~- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7, for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 43, Estate Contentment, Company Quarter, St. Croix consisting of 0.982 U.S. acres, more or less as described on PWD Drawing No. 2300 dated December 11, 1967, from R-1 (Residential - Low Density-One and Two- Family) to B-3 (Business — Scattered).
