ACT NO, 704% BILL NO. 30-0223 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act providing appropriation for operating expenses of the Waste Management Authority from the Sewer Waste Water Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2013, through September 30, 2014 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much of the sum, as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Sewer Waste Water Fund for operating expenses, including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2013, through September 30, 2014. FISCAL YEAR 2014 2066 SEWER WASTE WATER FUND 620 VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY TOTAL VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY $3,000,000 TOTAL SEWER WASTE WATER FUND $3,000,000 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 27, 2013.
