Title 12 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 21, section 911, subsection (e) is amended by striking “or, in the event that the Legislature is not in session, by the Committee on Conservation, Recreation and Cultural Affairs of the Legislature”. SECTION 2. Title 12 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 21, section 911, subsection (g) is amended by striking “or its Committee on Conservation, Recreation and Cultural Affairs of the Legislature if the Legislature is not in session”.
