ACT NO. BILL NO. 30-0426 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act amending Virgin Islands Code title 12, chapter 23, title 29, chapter 5, section 294 relating to renewable energy and repealing title 12, sections 1123 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 12 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 23, subchapter II, section 1122, subsection (a) is amended by inserting ‘‘or heat pump water heaters” after “solar systems”. SECTION 2. Title 12 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 23, subchapter IV is amended in the following instances: (a) Section 1143 is amended in- qd) subsection (c), paragraph (2) by striking “20” and inserting “5” and in paragraph (3) after the phrase, “located on” by striking “the customer-generator's premises or on other”, striking “or leased” and after “customer-generator” by adding the phrase, “‘at the point of actual energy consumption; and (2) Re-designating subsections(a) and (e) appropriately, a new subsection (a) is inserted, and subsection (f) is added to read as follows: “(a) ‘Commercial customer’ means …
