August 13, 2020 AMENDMENT # 1- Qualified Firms to Provide the GVI with Audited Financial Statements and Single Audit Reports Insert Questions/Answers: ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. BIDDERS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS AMENDMENT WITH THEIR BID PROPOSAL. • Do you have a listing of firms that have been invited to submit a bid, or have been provided with the RFP? If so, can you please share. Answer: No, the GVI will not disclose this information • Is there a file limit size for the email attachments that we should be aware of when submitting the proposal/attachments? Answer: No there is no file limit size • We noted that the RFP requires 3 letters minimum (including a notarized written consent from the authorized representative which must include name; telephone number; and email address). Given the current COVID environment, is this requirement of notarized written consent(s) still required or can be waived? Answer: This is still a requirement of the RFP.
