ACTNO. 7958 BILL NO. 31-0184 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act Amending title 15 Virgin Islands Code adding Article V, Parts | through 4 enacting “The Virgin Islands Uniform Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Act” and Part 4A enacting “The Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Act” and repealing title 15 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 51 and amending title 34 Virgin Islands Code by adding chapter 17 providing for the protection of communication rights of incapacitated persons Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 15 Virgin Islands Code is amended by adding Article V, Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 4A to read as follows: “ARTICLE V PROTECTION OF PERSONS UNDER DISABILITY AND THEIR PROPERTY PART 1.
